Hudson Office Support are working exclusively with a South Ayrshire based company to recruit an experienced Site Administrator to join their expanding team on a temporary basis. The post will be for an initial 3 months. The successful candidate must have proven experience within the construction industry, supporting on large scale projects. Only immediately available candidates will be considered.

Key Duties:

* Supporting the Site Manager and on site personnel in all aspects of administration
* Dealing with any queries
* Raising purchase orders
* Liaising with finance department
* Pulling complex reports

Key Skills:

* Extensive experience of SAP
* Able to prioritise and mange an extremely busy workload
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous project support experience

Due to the location of the site the successful candidate would need to have access to their own vehicle and a clean driving license.
