Proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Development Manager

Elysee Dental, part of the Modern Dental Group, is a leading full service and all-round laboratory for Dental Technics. Thanks to high-end techniques and materials, a tailor-made service and a close cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders, the company can offer the most innovative solutions to dental practitioners.


To keep supporting their current growth and expansion, they are looking for a




He/she reports to the Managing Director Belux and focuses on building a structured and coherent sales-and marketing campaign strategy and coordinating its implementation.


Main responsibilities


  • You develop and implement marketing campaign plans, according to international company guidelines and strategy. 
  • You develop, present for approval and manage the sales forecasts, marketing and promotional budgets.
  • You implement the roll-out of a new CRM system. You integrate all data related to business and competitor intelligence as well as customer knowledge. You set-up a structured flow for strategic account and business development management. You develop up a performant tool for measurement of sales efficiency. Knowledge of salesforce and campaign management are a plus.
  • You set up a customer journey to develop a better interaction and engaging of your client. You organize courses and webinars to optimize connectivity with customers and prospects. You develop programs to improve and measure customer satisfaction.
  • You maintain a high level of product and market knowledge and develop the necessary expertise on established, new and future competitive development.
  • You develop active relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and relate with other external stakeholders.
  • You leverage collaboration and communication between internal and external sales and ensures that the necessary resources are available for successful achievement of the sales campaigns.
  • You monitor an optimal use of internal sales platforms and monitors overall sales activity and results.
  • You stimulate cross-functional contacts with Production, QA, Technicians and all Supporting departments in working closely with the operational manager.




  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or with a medical orientation.
  • You have an extensive business experience and preferably a good understanding of a technical medtech and services environment.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing a sales funnel and achieving sales objectives.
  • You are able to flexibly switch your mode of thinking and like to balance strategic as well as operational responsibilities.
  • Based on your proactive approach, you know how to take matters into your own hands in a pragmatic and autonomous way. Your willingness to take the initiative and entrepreneurial spirit enables you to introduce new ways of working throughout the organization.
  • You communicate in an enthusiastic, positive and transparent way, which allows you to coach and inspire your team and lead them through change processes.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French.
