OR Medical Devices - Challenging Sales Position

Key accountabilities

  • You will be in charge of developing new business and selling medical devices to OR suites and surgery centers in East Wallonia.
  • Hereby you will achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • You will develop a local strategy, achieve a sales target, maintain the market analysis data as well, prepare and negotiate price offers.
  • You will coordinate service and delivery of customer equipment and provide competency validations for customer staff in delivering effective and uncompromising customer service in the territory.
  • You will build on customer relationships and participate in OR specific training.
  • You will collaborate and attend to both National and International congresses and customer educations programs.


  • You have a strong background in direct sales, a minimum of 3-5 years commercial experience within OR environment.
  • You're strongly motivated and willing to develop a sector/territory and you have a good level of business spirit and are result oriented but cost consciousness.
  • You are highly customer service-oriented and have a positive, winning attitude.
  • Furthermore you are solid, resistant to the pressure, flexible and autonomous.
  • A strong experience in the operating room environment and knowledge of hospitals & clinics within the selected area.
  • You are fluent in French and English.  Good knowledge of Dutch is an important plus.
