POSITION SUMMARY:
This Permanent Part-time role (2 days/week) is responsible to provide recruitment coordination for Hudson Americas' RPO practice. Primary responsibilities include generating offer letters, completing background checks, communicating with new hires, providing offer letter expertise to the business and team, supporting hiring manager through the onboarding process and onboarding new hires into Workday. Accountable to meet clients' contractual commitments and service level agreements. Responsible to work in an efficient, high quality, timely, cost effective manner, using a continuous improvement approach.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Generating offer letters - Accountable to create accurate offer letters and keep the recruitment team and our internal customers aware of where we are in the process while managing everyone's expectations.
* New Hire Management - Responsible to pick up the recruitment from the recruiter once a verbal offer is delivered and communication with the candidate/new hire throughout the process. This will also include onboarding them into our system (Workday).
* Onboarding Support for Hiring Managers - Support the Hiring Manager as an onboarding subject matter expert ensuring the new hire has an exceptional onboarding experience.
* Pre-employment Screening - Responsible for ensuring background checks are completed, meeting the pre-employment screening requirements of our client.
* Candidate Management - Accountable to develop positive rapport with candidates during recruitment coordination interactions. Perform activities to ensure candidates receive the information needed during each step of the recruitment coordination effort.
* Client Relationship Management - Responsible to develop positive rapport with hiring managers throughout the recruitment coordination process in order to achieve client satisfaction and to help meet service level agreements from a recruitment perspective. Serve as a client point of contact when the recruiter is unavailable. Identify and resolve day-to-day issues that take place during the recruitment coordination process. Proactively engage recruiters or leadership as needed to resolve issues when assistance is needed.
* Professionalism - Accountable to treat all candidates and hiring managers in a professional manner, and responsible to ensure that all business is conducted while demonstrating integrity and fairness.
* Performance Management - Participate in Hudson's performance management process, demonstrating action toward professional development in support of company business objectives.
* Training - Participate in training regarding recruitment processes, tools, and technology with focus to optimize recruitment coordination capabilities.
* Collaboration - Work collaboratively with RPO team members in order to ensure effective recruitment coordination. Contribute to cross-functional work to support the use of leading recruitment coordination practices and techniques and to ensure high quality while reducing the cost to serve. Compile Recruitment related reports to support the account.
* Change Management - Actively participate in business change initiatives in a way that fosters and positively impacts the client and Hudson's continuous improvement approach.
* Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.


ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Post secondary education. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 1-year relevant administrative, human resource or recruitment process experience required.
* Proven administrative, human resource or recruitment process experience

* Ability to prioritize, manage time well, quickly address required tasks and adjust focus as needed

* Experience coordinating key tasks, contributing to a larger project
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
