Senior Enterprise Sales Executive Healthcare
 

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive Healthcare who will be challenged to bring your "A" game. Help us build business by identifying and selling prospects; and maintaining relationships with clients. We are looking for a high-energy and very experienced Sales Executive selling to enterprise customers within healthcare. You will be responsible for selling our solutions on the German market.

You will also help us grow our brand through strong pipeline development, relationship building, and by representing Qmatic at industry leading events. This position can be based in either Bocholt or Berlin or there is also the flexibility to be home based. We expect you to be flexible for frequent travels to customers across Germany.

You will be part of a dynamic and engaged German Sales team who likes to have fun at work. The Senior Sales Executive reports to our Managing Director in Bocholt.

Your background

To be successful in this position you need to have:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in complex technology solution sales in combination with experience and existing relationships within the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals as well as doctors and hospital technology staff)
  • Degree in Business or similar commercial qualification.
  • Deep understanding of client and patients needs within the healthcare sector from a technology and commercial perspective specifically when it comes to cost reduction, quality improvement, patient’s registration experience and technology service integration at client base.
  • Experience in developing markets and new business sectors within the German healthcare sector.
  • A strong track record of sales in a B2B environment, preferably within the combination of software and hardware as well as healthcare.
  • We assume you have excellent communication skills in German and are fluent/good in English.
