BE WTR in Denmark

We are now looking for a purpose driven Commercial Manager on behalf of our client BE WTR. Main responsibilities will be to lead all marketing and sales activities and to establish and build up the Danish BE WTR organization to secure the presence of BE WTR’s unique product and concept.
 
BE WTR is a concept providing better water for you and the environment.

A new way of drinking sustainable water using your own tap water and top of the line BRITA® filters and dispensers. Great hydration without transport, handling and rubbish. The filters improve the taste and odour of the drinking water by reducing organic pollutants and impurities in water, such as chlorine residues and metals. Making the water you drink great tasting water, with optimized temperature and sparkling on demand. For the company, BE WTR provide a fix and affordable cost, great customer and employee experience combined with a proactive service. On top of this - a better solution for the planet.

BE WTR Denmark is located in Hellerup and is a part of Premium Coffee Group who operates the Nespresso Business Solutions in the Nordics.

This position reports to Company Board and Group CEO.

 

OBJECTIVES IN THE POSITION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
 
Through strong marketing and commercial experience, you will get the opportunity to build up the organization and manage all marketing and sales activities in the Danish B2B market. You will be the face of BE WTR, manage the organization and build awareness of the brand and concept.

  • Define and execute marketing and sales strategy for the Danish market
  • Build the organization to reach set targets
  • Be a role model and manage the organization
  • Drive sales excellence by deploying the group sales tools (Salesforce, scorecard etc.)
  • Cross boarder projects together with Nordic colleagues
  • Management of team
  • Deliver on KPI’s and P&L

The goal is that BE WTR will be Category Market leader within 5 years. 


BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role you will need to be an experienced marketeer who have worked with strong brands, combined with an excellent commercial understanding. This combination is needed to be able to outline the marketing activities towards customers and to define the commercial strategy to the B2B market, channels and customers.

Your educational background is a BSc or MSc in marketing, business administration or the like. A proven track record working in matrix organizations and strong stakeholder competencies is crucial both internally, in the Nordic setup, as well as outside the organisation, where you will be in contact with key influencers who can contribute to BE WTR’s business and overall goals. You are an experienced people manager with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in leading and building an organisation.
