Do you want to head your own business?

We are looking for a Country Manager with experience in solution-selling, and who will be responsible for building a sales team and liaise with Country Managers in other countries. Several clients are international and with cross border activities, so the ability to network and establish close relations internally and externally are key for success.

In your sales, you will focus on establishing new client relations, and as the business grows you will set a high-performing sales team, and you will lead and motivate your sales team to continue building new business and exploiting existing business. Some of your other responsibilities include:

  • Represent MarkIT in the Danish market and with a strong insight in key business drivers
  • Long-term and short-term sales planning and reporting
  • Establish a strong network in different customer segments
  • Strategic sales responsibility and key account management
  • Generate leads / customers, ensure pre- and aftersales, and negotiations
  • Hire, coach and lead a team of high-performers
  • Report to the Regional Manager and participate in strategic development of the market / in the region
  • P&L responsible for Denmark.

 

Experienced sales executive, who is still hungry for more

We imagine that you are an independent sales executive, who strive for results by taking initiative and being confident in your skills. As a person, you are out-going, proactive and with excellent communication skills. You are customer focused, you go a long way for your customers, and pay attention to what your customers ask for. When building your business, you analyse your options, focus on the necessary details, find the creative solutions, while still maintaining a good overview.

To your surroundings and as a leader, you are motivating and inspiring, and present yourself as a role model when it comes to sales and behaviour. Your management style is characterized by being coaching and delegating.

 

Seasoned sales executive with experience from IT solution selling

Your professional experience includes a higher technical education or a MBA, combined with more than 5 years of experience in sales or purchasing (ideally extensive experience in IT HW/SW). Experience in solution selling or in IT purchasing is a big advantage. You are used to budget responsibility, short- and long-term sales planning and taking a strategic take on your activities. In your career, you have constantly achieved very good results. You combine your sales experience with some management experience, having headed smaller teams, that you have developed to success.
