To support us in building a strong commercial platform and realize our ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented sales leader with experience from sales to retail, pharmacies and drugstores.

Your role is an important contributor to our success, where you will be a key player in sales across different sales channels and internally in building a sales organization ready for growth. Like other markets, Sweden is an important market, and we wish you to place great effort in growing this market further, while also maintaining market shares in the Nordics. To support you, you will have an engaged sales team, which will grow further – depending on your plans and ambitions for your markets.

If you are living in Sweden, you will get home office facilities and is only expected to join us in HQ when it fits with your sales activities and to motivate and engage with your team. If you are living in Denmark, you will work out of the HQ and should expect some travelling to especially Sweden. You will be part of the company’s management team and report directly to the CEO and founder of the company.

Your primary responsibilities are to have overall strategic wholesale responsibility for the Nordics, where you will secure business planning and execution, including own markets and through distributors / partners. In all markets, we have a platform to build further upon.

Towards your sales team and as a leader, you will provide leadership and direction, with focus on developing sales skills and tools. You will build and establish sales procedures including sales funnel optimization and sense of ownership, through e.g. defining sales KPI’s for the entire sales team. Finally, you, as a leader, will oversee that the wholesale customer supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service are meeting quality and service level expectations. This is expected to happen through cross-functional collaboration with e.g. the online sales department.

To be successful, we expect your professional experience to include sales management experience, from a customer-driven industry with sales to pharmacies of OtC products, sales to drugstores, and/or Life stores. You are used to working with the Nordic markets and understand the market drivers. In your sales activities, you are used to collaborate closely with marketing and online sales channels. You have a good understanding of how wholesale and online sales activities interlink. You have built sales structures, tools and metrics in e.g. a CRM system. You support your professional experience with academic credentials.

In your work and as a person, it is natural for you to be data and facts oriented, and you are aware that structure and intelligent sales planning is absolutely key for achieving success. It is imperative that you can think strategically, plan tactically and execute and take part in daily sales operations, and you have the ability to navigate naturally across all three spheres. As a leader, you are inspiring, motivating and you are a natural role model to those who want to be successful in sales. Towards your stakeholders and employees, you act with the right combination of humbleness, confidence in your skills, and curiosity to learn more about the business. You are native speaking in Danish or Swedish, and fluent in English.
