 As Nordic Media & Insight Manager at PlayStation Nordic, you and your team of 4 people will be a great contributor to reaching key marketing and business objectives across different channels (paid, owned and earned) through leading Nordic marketing and media analytics for all products (HW, SW and Services). You will manage and oversee development of overall Community, Owned Channel and SoMe Strategy.
It is your responsibility to drive integrated data-driven media planning and activation, ensure increased digital media usage, support media innovation and an accountability culture by optimizing and supporting Product Marketing Managers’ media planning. You will execute and report across the channels to your key partners, Nordisk Film and Sony.

You will lead the internal digital marketing team, where you will motivate and develop the individual team members and ensure that they have the right skills. Within the organization and towards your partners, you will drive efficient stakeholder management, where you will secure alignment across different interests. Also, you will through your strong knowledge strengthen the digital understanding and focus across the organization.
 Some of your other responsibilities are:

  • Paid channel marketing (IO, Programmatic, SEM, etc.)
  • Owned channel marketing (Social Media, eCRM, PDC)
  • Earned channel marketing (PR & influencers)
  • Content creation
  • Community management

 You will report to and collaborate closely with the Nordic Marketing Director, and will be part of his management team, and also play an active role within the organization in general across sales, planning and analysis. 

You hold relevant academic credentials on master level in e.g. Business and Marketing, combined with at least 7 years of work experience from a media or marketing analytics capacity. You have strong experience in media and digital marketing, preferably with agency side experience. You are used to working with a broad range of data and complex information. You have a good knowledge base, embracing a methodical approach firmly focused on the consumer and the key channels. You are proficient in MS Office applications and are fluent in written and spoken English, and proficient in the Scandinavian languages.

You are a team player and a strong relationship builder, who can also work independently, making your prioritisations and ensuring deliveries. You have good communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to partner with multiple functions in an organization. You are by nature curious and proactive, thinking up new solutions and ways of reporting key data. You are a motivated and organized self-starter who can react effectively and professionally to situations that require quick response or turnaround, comfortable working independently as well as a team player while multi-tasking between multiple projects with varying deadline
