Interesting role for a Credit Analyst from banking or leasing to support our growing B2B customer segments with risk analyses and credit decisions.

Due to our size and approach to work, we value colleagues with a natural curiosity for improving processes and systems, and with natural interest for the industrial leasing areas that we support. We have been successful through several years in providing leasing across automotive, production and office equipment, and IT. The role is located in Glostrup together with the rest of the team.

The Job - We create solutions that simplify finance
As part of the Risk department, your finest task will be to provide quick, valid and pragmatic credit risk analyses to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, and you will do this together with 3 engaged colleagues incl. the Head of Risk. You will also be part of a strong network in the Nordic countries and a natural part of Ikano Bank AB’s Nordic Risk team.

Your primary responsibilities are:

• Objective assessment of customer creditworthiness and analysis of financial information as part of the credit process.
• Advising internal Sales and Operations units on matters related to corporate credit risk and changes to policies.
• Communication and contact with customers and partners, and from time to time participate in meetings.
• Preparing and presenting credit applications for decision by credit committees.
• Pick up early warning signals and opportunities in the economic environment, key customers and relevant industries.
• Analyzing, reporting and giving recommendations on the development of the leasing portfolio.
• Development of processes within the credit risk area by implementing guidelines, maintaining local instructions and securing adherence to the banks policies and guidelines.
• Performing reporting to secure monitoring of the credit work and a regular monitoring of B2B exposures.
• Responsible for knowledge sharing within the pan-Nordic credit team and in the Danish branch.
• Ad hoc tasks and participation in local projects.

Your professional experience includes:

• In depth experience from credit related work in either in a bank or from a leasing company.
• Experience from credit handling, assessment of corporate credit analyses incl. e.g. financial statement- and ratio analyses.
• Academic credentials that support your methodological work approach.
• Used to working independently and making own qualified judgments and decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
