The HR organization is undergoing a transformation towards focus on business partnering, digitalization and being data driven, following the strategic journey of the businesses. To support this transformation, we are looking for a seasoned HR Partner to provide strategic and operational support to the leaders at Nordisk Film across the Nordics. The role reports to the HR Director of Nordisk Film.


Business partnering, recruitment, development and general support

As Senior HR Business Partner, you support leaders across the Nordics, in areas like organizational design, recruitment, employee engagement, and change management. Specifically, you work with redesigning the on-boarding program, (re-)positioning people development initiatives, and defining and implementing a process for recruitment.

You support broadly across the Nordisk Film portfolio. Your focus will be, where there is a need. Your daily tasks include supporting the leaders in their strategy execution, following-up on HR activities, competency development, and training of the leaders in how they make optimal use of the HR tools and concepts.

This is a unique opportunity to participate in building up a professional and modern HR organization with tools and processes, while at the same time interacting closely with the business.


HR Partner with a strong business mindset

You bring a proven track record of success across the fundamental HR disciplines, with at least 5 years’ experience as HR Partner in a larger company. Preferably, you have some Nordic outlook and understand the Scandinavian languages, and you also communicate fluently in English. You support your experience with academic credentials on bachelor or master level.

As a person you are dedicated, proactive and flexible. It is natural for you to take responsibility and execute. You are motivated by both executing HR concepts and, to some degree, conceptualizing these. Your approach to HR is pragmatic. It is natural for you to establish relations with leaders, where you are known for your strong business acumen and communication skills.
