Experienced HR Partner with a motivation for supporting different Senior Managers and their business functions within sales and operations. There is a strong focus on value-adding support about strategic HR-partnering, organizational development and talent management. It is a senior role, where it is expected that you understand how to support strategic execution in the business.

Our client is an ambitious and growing organization, with a strong and experienced internal HR-partner team with their own partner areas, and who also collaborate and knowledge-share with each other. You will report to a Director responsible for Talent Management and HR-partnering.

Business partnering, recruitment, development and general support
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will support your leaders across functions from an HR angle in their execution of strategies and how to ensure the best performing teams. You will primarily operate in areas such as organizational design, leadership development, talent management, and change management. Through your business acumen and strong stakeholder management, it is natural for the senior managers to involve you in their strategic challenges about balancing between people and business, and you will challenge and work together with them in ensuring the right decisions and plans.

You will of course have some recurring HR processes and routines that need to be executed such as employee engagement surveys, organizational and people development processes, recruitment (for selected positions), onboarding and offboarding etc.

This is a unique opportunity to work very closely with the business, and with a highly experienced HR colleagues with whom you can spare and hopefully develop together with.

HR Partner profile with a strong business mindset and strategic understanding
To be successful in the job, we expect you to bring a proven track record in the fundamental HR disciplines, combined with having been continuously met with the challenge in how to best match business strategy with people and development needs. As HR Partner with at least 6-8 years of experience, you have experience as trusted advisor to a senior management team in the business. You have experience from a sales and operations business environment, with a wide variety of employees with different backgrounds and motivations.

You present yourself as dedicated and with positive influencing skills. You have a unique ability to combine your great listening skills with convincing others and taking your agenda through to completion. Your approach is both coaching, motivating and trust-inspiring. It is natural for you to establish relations with leaders, where you demonstrate a true interest in understanding their business challenges, and where you are proactive in supporting them the best way possible.
