Are you comfortable working with various systems and databases? Do you have strong logistical and numerical skills? If so, we have an excellent opportunity to join our client based in North Lanarkshire on an ongoing temporary basis.

You will be responsible for managing the integrated information management system which is used for designing rota's and managing staff deployment. Duties will include:

- Updating the database with key information

- Allocating shifts/coordinating staff deployment including any changes

- Liaising closely with the team around specific requirements

- Communicate effectively with other teams including Finance/Payroll and Human Resources

Candidates will have strong administration experience and be comfortable navigating their way around specific databases, inputting information and running reports for Managers.

You will thrive in a busy working environment and be able to multi-task a busy workload. Strong communications skills are also essential as you will need to liaise with the management team regularly in order to meet specific requirements.

The role will be offered on a temporary ongoing basis for a minimum of 6 months, potentially longer. Only candidates who are immediately available should apply.
