Are you comfortable delivering a high volume of transactional services on a day to day basis? Do you have previous Customer Service and/or Administration experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our ever growing client based near Haymarket either on a permanent full time basis or on a contract basis.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for providing a high quality service to clients either by email or over the phone within agreed timescales and to meet service level agreements.

Duties and responsibilities will be varied and can include the following:

- Being the first point of contact and providing support for all general HR enquiries via telephone and email

- Effectively managing all HR inboxes and ensuring all tasks are completed

- Support in the deliver of HR administration to include onboarding/offboarding activities, offer letters, online testing queries, employee inductions and exit interviews

- Ensure all information is recorded and maintained on internal databases/trackers

- Provide advice on policies and procedures

- Supporting other teams with a variety of data management and transactional tasks as and when required

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload and deal with conflicting priorities. You will also be comfortable responding to a high volume of queries, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy at all times.

You must be proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook. It would also be advantageous if you have previous used Workday, WCN and/or Taleo however this is not essential.

Candidates with previous Shared Service experience will be looked upon favourably.
