My client a leading fortune 500 company is looking to recruit a business change analyst to work as part of the on going digital transformation strategy.

This role will be working within the Digital transformation team with the responsibility to lead the internal change.

The focus will be to define, plan and deliver the changes to the business. You will work with stakeholders in the business and operation teams to define the process, identify training and communications needs.

Some key digital projects include CRM, Web and mobile platforms for customers

Duties & Responsibilities

* Proven track record of leading business change process.
* Planning of requirements to achieve the necessary change.
* A truly customer approach with the ability to keep this customer insight right through to design, development and delivery.
* Defining the solutions that will support the digital objectives and improve business performance
* Leading the implementation and delivery across all aspects.
* Review of the process and understanding the benefits.
* Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT projects
* Experience (BPM) modelling business processes using a number of tools
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.

Stakeholder Management

* Business sense to understand stakeholders drivers and motivations.
* Design thinking, which enables synthesizing of many ideas into big-picture view that shows the connection between business intention and business action.
* Working with senior leaders across the business, the ability to gain buy in and support to our initiatives and solutions.
* Excellent communicator who can talk business with business and technology with IT and can lead our teams through digital change.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience of project management experience combined of both technical and business change.
* Experience of working in agile methodology and an understanding of scrum approaches.
* Experience with Agile Delivery Lifecycle
* Experience of working on projects where a number of stakeholders are involved demonstrating team building, systemic approach combined with an orientation on results.
