Hudson's technology client, based in South Ayrshire, are looking to recruit an experienced Business Manager who can help develop and drive company strategy. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role where they have regularly worked alongside the senior management team. This is a permanent position within a highly driven company with fantastic growth plans. You will be rewarded with a generous salary and a range of benefits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Managing the office day to day, facilities management, ordering supplies
* Line management of all administration staff
* Shareholder management
* Heavily involved in funding and grant proposals
* Strong financial awareness, driving efficiency within the business
* Taking the lead on HR strategy
* Ad hoc project management
* Extensive report writing



KEY SKILLS:

* Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to convert these to operational plans
* Commercially aware and able to drive change
* Experience working in a start up is advantageous
* Professional, dynamic approach
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
