Do you have account management experience working with key, high volume, demanding client bases? Are you also comfortable with data interrogation to include working with large data sets, using formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel? If so, we have the role for you which combines both the client relationship aspect as well as being able to provide the provision of actionable insight.

Working as a Client Relationship Coordinator for a well established City Centre organisation you will liaise regularly with local client teams supporting in all administrative aspects of the client relationship to include query resolution.

Duties will include:

- Supporting the building and maintenance of strong, positive relationships with your nominated client areas

- Prepare and provide all necessary client reports and documentation to confirm/compare performance

- Produce client statistics to support the improvement of client performance

- Provide telephone and email support and assist with any local issues

- Interrogate data generated and provide recommendations to support improvements

- Carry out regular system checks and manage the user creation and maintenance process for client websites

- Ensure your document library is kept up to date, identifying and suggesting improvements where relevant

- Undertake and follow administrative updates such as pricing changes

- Communicate with external third party suppliers to support the delivery of services

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate and collaborate with people at all levels. You will also have strong numerical, investigatory and problem solving skills.
