Very reputable regional law firm seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Northampton based office.

Very reputable regional law firm seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Northampton based office. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in an Assistant capacity within a Residential Property department, so that you may fully assist in this fast paced environment.

The firm has a large Conveyancing team and works on a broad range of residential property matters. It is a supportive environment and the team pulls together to meet common goals and achieve joint success.

Responsibilities will include assisting with the day to day running of conveyancing files, drafting letters and documentation from the firm's case management system, and preparing bills and completion statements. You will also be dealing with a high number of completions and the subsequent post completion matters, including Land Registry applications and replying to requisitions.

You will act as first point of contact for clients, and you will also be liaising with estate agents, solicitors and 3rd parties to provide general advice and continue the progress of the file.
