Hudson's city centre based client requires an experienced front of house Receptionist on a short term temporary basis. This role will involve some administrative duties in addition to covering the reception. Only candidates who have previous front of house reception experience and good MS Office skills will be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist within a leading professional services organisation.

Key duties of this role include;

* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment
* Maintaining security within reception area ensuring visitors sign in and out
* Answering all incoming calls to the main switchboard in a polite and professional manner, effectively routing calls to the relevant person or department
* Managing diaries for all meeting rooms and boardrooms
* Arranging catering and booking taxis as required
* Ordering stationery and supplies
* Formatting, printing and binding documents
* Any other administrative duties as required

To be considered for this position you must posses the following;

* Previous experience gained in a busy reception environment is essential
* Excellent communication skills, assertive, efficient and people orientated
* Strong personal motivation and enthusiasm about providing an excellent service to clients
* Working knowledge of MS Office
