Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Leith on a temporary basis for roughly 4 weeks

Hudson Office Support are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Leith on a temporary basis for roughly 4 weeks. Potential for the role to progress longer term.

Working as part of a small team you will be responding to support issues submitted via email and telephone and resolve or pass to the relevant technical support for resolution where appropriate.

You will also carry out standard administration duties such as creating and maintaining user accounts, producing reports, creating invoices and dealing with any finance queries, logging PO's and assisting with maintaining user guides and other relevant supporting documents.

The successful candidate will be provided with on the job training and no specific technical IT experience is necessary but a good grasp of Excel would be useful. You will be a strong communicator, both by phone and via email and have well developed administration skills.

Only candidates who are immediately available should apply. The role will be offered on a temporary basis for roughly 4 weeks however there is the possibility for this to be extended.
