Hudson Office Support are urgently looking for fluent German speakers! Working as part of a small but crucial team with a client based in Glasgow City Centre, we are offering an excellent opportunity to be able to utilise your language skills within a Customer Service/Administrative capacity.

Providing full telephone and email support with German based clients as well as responding to any concerns or queries (not on a high volume basis), your role will be pivotal to ensure strong, positive relationships are formed. You will be responsible for preparing and providing all necessary client reports and to ensure these are completed accurately and within the relevant timescales. You will manage the company database, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly checks and identifying any process improvements where relevant. Communication with external third parties will also be required at times to ensure the delivery of services within your client area. You will be responsible for ensuring all information relating to your client areas is maintained accurately to ensure the smooth running of other departments.

Candidates will have the ability to integrate and collaborate with various people and have excellent communication skills. Candidates will also have good numerical and analytical skills. You must also be competent using Excel.
