2Agriculture is an independent milling business which has been supplying feed to the poultry industry for the past 50 years. With over 260 employees across 5 sites in the UK, 2Agriculture, manufacture top quality feeds formulated to deliver consistent, high quality and value performance.

With exciting plans for the future, 2Agriculture is now recruiting a Head of HR to join the leadership team.  Reporting to the Managing Director,  you will be responsible for developing and delivering a people strategy plan which enables and supports 2Agriculture’s overall strategic aims and objectives.   With an exciting mix of business partnering, change management and operational HR you will be working collaboratively with the leadership team to deliver a HR agenda which will improve the business and people processes. You will develop and manage the Learning and Development strategy to support the organisations through statutory training as well as talent attraction/retention methodology.

You will be a results focused generalist with a proven track record of delivering effective HR solutions at both operational and strategic level ideally gained across a number of sectors.  You will be a demonstrated strategic and tactical thinker, but also capable of operational implementation with the gravitas to challenge and continuously improve methods and approaches.  You will  provide leadership to the HR team to ensure a business partnering model that confidently delivers and has a clear, measurable bottom line impact.  Proven experience of managing a HR agenda in a diverse, unionised environment is essential.

As a first class, persuasive communicator with strong influencing skills, you will have the credibility to challenge thinking and simplify complexity.  Graduate calibre, ideally CIPD or equivalent, you will have the ability to know what it takes to make a positive impact and difference within a commercial environment.  This role will require a flexible approach and travel when required.
