Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will provide generalist HR support to both Managers and employees throughout the organisation in line with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

* Working with Managers throughout the organisation to ensure best practise when conducting disciplinaries, responding to grievances,assessing capability, developing performance and managing attendance
* Working with the HR team to ensure consistency of employee relations cases
* Ensuring policies are understood and adhered to with regards to maternity, paternity, parental leave and flexible working requests
* Recognising high performance at an individual and team level
* Working closely with the resourcing team to provide recruitment and resourcing support to the business
* Building relationships across the organisation and managing stakeholders
* Generate opportunities to gather feedback from employees
* Accurately recording employee relations issues and employee changes

To be considered, you will need:

* Experience of evaluating situations/problems and proposing a solution
* Experience of managing hearings - disciplinaries, performance, attendance and grievance
* To be IT literate,preferably with experience in Oracle HR and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
