Our client has an immediate requirement for an HR Coordinator to join the team based in Glasgow city centre where you will work alongside the HR Manager. The business is a corporate function with a headcount of 250 professional staff and you will support with on-site HR (see below).


Key duties will be as follows:-



  • HR focus will be primarily be Employee Engagement where you will be the champion for the Health & Wellbeing Programme - this will involve organising and attending events/sending comms across the business and raising awareness for this area

  • HR Admin - minute taking at meetings/Low Level Investigations - ER is minimal on-site

  • On-boarding - you will look after the full on-boarding process, ensuring that all applicants are given the best experience which is reflective of the company brand. Right to Work and Induction are also part of the On boarding process


Suitable applicants will be:-



  • Good HR generalist experience in a support role where you are fully understanding of HR terminology

  • Have a strong focus on overall customer/employee engagement

  • Available to start January 2019 - interview to be held 27/12 or w/c 3/01
