The role is broad and will cover all aspects of the generalist HR role, as well as involvement in wider company projects.

The role is broad and will cover all aspects of the generalist HR role, as well as involvement in wider company projects. You will be responsible for, performance management, compensations and benefits, HR policies and procedures, recruitment and general business partnering.


You are likely to have a University degree, and be CIPD qualified or studying towards it. You will be confident dealing with and advising senior stake holders, and able to build productive relationships with all levels within the organisation.


You will have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a highly analogical manner, with strong verbal and written skills.


Experience of working in a professional services environment or partnership would be advantageous but not essential.
