Are you immediately available with strong Administration skills? Do you have a pro-active approach to a busy workload? If so, Hudson Office Support are looking to recruit on behalf of our South Lanarkshire based client (easily accessible via public transport) to cover a period of maternity leave for roughly 6 months plus.

Providing full administrative support to a team of 3, you will be required to process any order requests, maintain department inbox including responding to any queries, verify and file all order acknowledgements, manage all telephone enquiries, process and file all authorised transactions, liaising with various departments/suppliers as well as any other administration duties as required.

Candidates will have previous office based Administration experience and be able to provide a professional service to both colleagues and external clients/customers. You will have the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will be available to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the maternity cover.
