Inbound Customer Service Advisor


Salary £17,167- £19,614 plus benefits


Choice of 35, 37.5 or 40 hour contracts, working on a fixed 6 week rotation with great shifts and no Sunday working

We work on behalf of banking, utility, telecoms and retail finance companies. Each day we talk to our customers across the UK, helping them to create repayment plans they can afford. Our advisors are trained and encouraged to foster great conversations. We ask lots of questions. That's because we need to understand each customer's individual circumstances.
