Hudson Office Support are working with a Hillington based manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Administrator on a full time, temporary basis for at least 3 months. You will be working in a Sales team supporting with all aspects of administration. Experience in a similar manufacturing and customer focused environment is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a growing business during a period of significant change.


* Administrative support to the team ensuring that policy is adhered to at all times
* Processing all incoming mail, distributing as appropriate and recording accurately
* Ensuring all data is correctly recorded across all internal systems and that all documents are tracked within department guidelines
* Work in close partnership with a wider team and key stakeholders providing speedy resolution to queries and requests, escalating any issues as appropriate
* Inputting and tracking all information on relevant spreadsheets
* All filing, scanning and photocopying


* Extensive experience in a similar role
* Experience of managing relationships with different departments
* Strong customer service skills
* Able to react quickly and calmly in a fast paced environment
* Good attention to details with strong problem solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders
