Excellent opportunity for a Pay and Benefits Manager who is available for a 12 month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will offer hands on experience within job evaluation, annual pay reviews, gender pay gap along with working within a unionised environment.


Duties:


Design, develop and deliver a pay and benefits strategy and annual plans to demonstrate delivery against strategy.


Research and analyse the organisations commercial needs, trends and market comparisons, making appropriate recommendations to senior HR management ensuring pay and benefits strategy is informed by market conditions.


Coordinate the annual pay review cycle, ensuring the decisions on pay are made and are communicated and implemented smoothly in a timely manner.


Review and appraise individual requests for salary/pay change outside prescribed recommendations.


Maintain and update pay and conditions information.


Provide specialist advise around roles in existing/proposed organisational structures to enable the preparation of appropriate job descriptions.
