Are you familiar with using Pension quotation, HR and workflow systems? Can you demonstrate experience in an Occupational Pensions administration role with DC experience? If so, we have a rare opportunity to join our Edinburgh based client (near Haymarket) as a Pensions Payroll Administrator on a contract basis for roughly 6-9 months.


Working as a key member of the Pensions team, you will ensure a timely service is delivered and that quality and consistency is maintained in accordance with service level agreements.


Specific responsibilities will include:


- Processing of pension scheme starters and leavers


- Monitoring of inbox to track and resolve queries raised by scheme members and pension scheme administrators


- Responsible for year-end pension reconciliation


- Undertake missing service investigations, updating service records and keeping employees and members up to date


- Provision of information to client and third parties within scheduled deadlines


- Contribute to ensuring objectives laid down in SLA's are met providing a consistently high service


- Build and maintain good working relationships (both external and internal) offering advice, solutions and information


To be considered, candidates must have previous DC pensions experience. DB experience is desirable but not essential. You will also be familiar using Pension quotation systems and have the experience or skill to use specific websites for reporting such as LGPS pension service and Secure mail.


You will have excellent attention to detail, strong execution skills, analytical skills as well as experience of working to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators.
