Hudson Office Support are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our well known construction client with offices throughout the UK on a full time permanent basis.

Providing a professional and friendly welcome to visitors and callers, your main duties will include:

- Answering all incoming calls, taking messages and directing to the appropriate staff member

- Meet and greet visitors, ensure sign in book has been completed

- Open and scan incoming mail, notify relevant department

- Sort and frank outgoing mail for collection

- Ensure main reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times

- Maintain stationery and printing supplies

- Provide support with the wider Administration team

The successful candidate will have previous front facing Reception experience and be comfortable dealing with volume incoming calls and meeting and greeting clients/visitors.

Excellent communication skills are essential along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook.
