Hudson Office Support are working with a prominent public sector organisation based in Glasgow to recruit an experienced Receptionist on a short term temporary basis. This opportunity would be covering holidays, working 9am - 5pm. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in a similar front of house role and be able to work on autonomously. You must be available immediately.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Based front of house, meeting and greeting all visitors

  • Processing mail

  • Maintaining security, ensuring all visitors sign in and out

  • Answering a switchboard, routing all calls to relevant people

  • Booking travel for the office as and when required

  • Managing meeting room diaries, juggling conflicting booking and ensuring rooms are utilised properly

  • Facilitating meetings, arranging teas, coffees and lunches where required



KEY SKILLS:



  • Strong MS Office skills,

  • Extensive experience in a public facing position

  • Previous reception experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work on your own with little guidance
