Hudson are looking to recruit a Senior Problem Manager who has worked with Service Now to join a dynamic team within our well known financial services Client who are in the first stages of a service management transformation strategy.You will ensure ITIL processes and procedures are implemented and have the the opportunity to shape the Problem Management structure looking at prevention, continuous improvement and benefit awareness. The role would suit someone from consultancy as you will be working with Senior business stakeholders but will also be hands on technically.



You will have'

* Experience of Service Now
* ITIL
* ITIL change management
* Proven delivery
* Trend analysis to support identification of problems across multiple services
* Working within a configuration team
* Hands on ability
* Senior stakeholder Management
