A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of our public sector clients working in their Helpdesk support team. This role will have areas of responsibility for a range of ICT duties, including network administration, technical support, and user administration. It will allow the successful person to be exposed to both 1st & 2nd line support duties. Due to an ongoing need to satisfy the demands of end customers and as well as the birth of new and exciting projects, they have identified a need to add another ICT Technician to their outfit - ideally immediately available.


This role is an initial 3 month contract with the likelihood of being extended further. We currently have a number of contractors in there that have been with the end client years after their initial 3 month contract.



Skills and experience of suitable candidates should include (without being limited to):



- A proven track record in building, configuring, installing and supporting IT equipment


- Has experience in Windows 7 & 10, office 2016


- Full UK driving license


- PVG/disclosure Scotland
