Are you a tenacious individual that is keen to work alongside designated consultants, an encouraging Head Office team but also have the autonomy to work on your own initiative? An innovative, leading recruitment provider, based in the outskirts of Edinburgh City Centre are looking for you take on the role of a Support Consultant position and are offering a salary between £18,000 - £22,000 based on experience.


What do I need to apply?


If you are incredibly particular and pay great attention to detail, whilst being able to effortlessly manage a busy workload you could be what we are looking for! With the role involving much exposure to working with and alongside various individuals, being confident, articulate and having strong communication skills is essential. You will form relationships with potential clients and candidates as well as your internal colleagues on a daily basis, therefore having excellent interpersonal skills and a natural flare to being able to speak to people easily will assist you enormously for this role. Of course, being computer literate is a must, as you will be expected to compile and collate documentation regularly for both colleagues and candidates, updating records on the system as well as being responsible for organising and managing individual workloads through electronic dairies.


What to expect?


The industry is fast-paced, but can be quiet at times. This will allow you to be pro-active, seek out opportunities and be reactive to opportunities in order to support the business. You will work closely with consultants, as well as providing support to candidates if and when necessary. You will be required to liaise directly with clients and deal with queries at all levels. Although you will have a number of main responsibilities, you will also support the team and pick up additional work if and when required - including supporting the project management aspect on the contract side of the business. This role is incredibly varied, however your employer is committed to ensuring you are comfortable and confident in your position and will provide relevant training.
