In this newly created role, as the Retention and Onboarding Manager you will join a leading recruitment team providing key strategic and operational support. This is a unique role where you will play a key role in promoting the business as an employer of choice. You will drive engagement and ultimately improve retention on a short and long-term basis. Focusing on retention, onboarding and talent this hybrid role will ensure that the business has a robust hiring strategy key to retaining talent within the business.

Key remit:

* Develop an Employer of Choice long term strategy through research with key stakeholders including third parties, manufacturers and colleagues.
* Comprehensive sales and marketing attraction plan including brand and social media platforms.
* Review and revise recruitment processes and systems to complement the Employer of Choice, including a full system tender and implementation.
* Devise an onboarding strategy that focuses on short term retention within the first 12 months of employment working in conjunction with the HR manager.
* Chair the flexible working project steering committee interacting with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Support recruitment processes when required.

This role requires a candidate who has previous experience of end to end recruitment processes where onboarding and retention has been key. This is fast paced environment where strong stakeholder management will be key to your success. Proven in house experience essential.
