Join my client as a Telesales Executive in Glasgow where your development is at the heart of their business. Your role will focus on building strong and close relations with existing customers in an effort to firstly retain & maximize their business.



This role involves:

* Contacting existing clients to understand what products are working for them and understand any areas of improvement
* Contacting inactive clients to gain an understanding around the key decision maker, what products they are currently using & what suppliers they are currently utilizing
* Market mapping & market research to identify any prospective clients or missed revenue
* A key focus on upsells



We are looking for

* A strong background in sales particularly within an outbound capacity
* A strong communicator who can build rapport effectively
* A self starter who thrives on achieving targets
