Hudson RPO in partnership with one of our clients - an innovative and growing healthcare company - is looking for a Recruiter with expertise in campus recruitment. The recruiter role will be an on-site position at our client's facility in Jacksonville.

We are looking for a professional who can develop, manage, grow and maintain campus relationships with our key colleges and universities in the Jacksonville and surrounding regions. We are eager to speak to candidates who possess the following capabilities:

* Campus Recruiting Process - Accountable for administering all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview process.
* Relationship Management - Coordinate and maintain relationships with department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface with all candidates.
* Team Work and Collaboration - Collaborate with recruiting teams and provide support to all recruiting activities and ensure best practices.
* Research and Sourcing - Conduct research and sourcing strategies that drive sufficient volume of quality candidates
* Strategy Support - Execute recruiting strategies established by RPO leadership, resulting in increased, profitable business
* Applicant Tracking - Administer applicant process flow (resume tracking, interviews and reporting) through designated Applicant Tracking System(s)


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Relevant work experience may be used in lieu of degree
* Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment/sourcing experience working as a Recruiter
* Previous campus or college recruitment experience is preferred
* Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Success using technologies/tools to source candidates (e.g. fee-based databases & social networking sites)
* Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals
* Ability to effectively manage a busy workload
* Proficient interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
