Are you ready to put your years of experience to work as an industry leader? Would you like to define and build a sales practice from the ground up? Join Hudson as our Director of Sales and Business Development. This is your opportunity to define and build the practice while also focusing on tactical execution and high level strategy. We offer autonomy, uncapped commissions and a nationwide territory. There is no limit to the type of deals you can create and you will be able to direct the scale and scope of the practice.

Primary Responsibilities

* Develop the strategy to deliver high growth and a national presence
* Utilize your industry experience and professional network to drive sales
* As the subject matter expert in Technology, you will engage key stakeholders to sell Hudson's extensive scope of services to meet their needs.
* Begin the practice as an individual contributor with an eye towards growing the practice and adding team members

Primary Requirements

* Minimum 10 years sales experience required. RPO background preferred
* Proven track record of achieving established sales and business development targets, with a strong client orientation
* Demonstrated ability to articulate service offerings and to position them against the competition
* Must be a strategic, forward thinker who can leverage advanced technology and constantly position the company to be ahead of the pack
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
* Technical skills in sales/account planning
* Must be a highly motivated and organized self-starter
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
* Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
