General Manager, supply chain company
California based

Company Information:
The company has over 10 years of experience in the supply chain management space. They have all-inclusive services from freight forwarding, local warehousing, distribution and order fulfillment. They provide customized value-added services to meet their customers' needs. Some of their customers are: Wal-Mart, Costco, Amazon, Apple, Google (to name a few).

Your responsibilities
* Oversee and direct all USA sites both sales and operations including being responsibility for the P&L in USA.
* Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
* Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
* Manage staffs, review and evaluate performance
* Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
* Set tools and objectives for each department or site.
* Report to China HQ directly, prepare business report and analysis.
* Participate in company projects

Qualifications
* 15-20 years working experience in supply chain management field,
* 5-10 years as general manager or related position
* Successful experience in starting up a warehouse/facility from the ground to a profitable center
* Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, including air, ocean and rail
* Able to travel domestically and internationally
* Bilingual in Mandarin is a big plus
