Position Summary:
Responsible for providing candidate research and sourcing for a Hudson RPO client in CPG headquartered in NYC and supporting roles nationally across the U.S. Your focus will be on levels of positions ranging from Analyst to AVP across a variety of functions including but not limited to sales (field and corporate), new business development, operations, manufacturing, category management. This will be in compliance with company policy and EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action guidelines. Primary responsibilities are to research, identify, source and screen talent for Hudson client(s). Accountable to support recruiters' efforts to attract and identify top talent for key opportunities in order to meet clients' contractual commitments and service level agreements. Responsible to work in an efficient, high quality, timely, cost effective manner, using a continuous improvement approach.

Job Functions:
1.
Strategy Support - Execute research and sourcing strategy based on specifications provided by recruiter(s) and/or through participating in strategy/intake calls with the recruiter and the HM's.
2.
Demand Planning & Research - Work closely with recruiters to ensure a clear understanding of skill-sets and experience needed for identified roles and forecasted demand required for pipelining efforts. Also collaborate with recruiters to learn about the client business groups' environment and general requirements. Conduct research to identify potential candidates.
3.
Sourcing - Develop innovative attraction strategies including identification of new sourcing channels. Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including direct sourcing, Internet, referrals, networking, social media, and the client's candidate database. Maintain responsibility for approaching candidates and to attracting them to the role.
4.
Screening - Monitor, review and telephone screen candidates for specific positions.
5.
Candidate Relationship Management - Maintaining high levels of candidate care by responding to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
6.
Applicant Tracking - Enter data into Applicant Tracking System(s) to ensure accurate and consistent tracking of candidates from the research to telephone screen stage of the recruitment process. Management/maintenance of CRM system - pipelines and sourcing efforts to be uploaded and attached to reqs being supported.
7.
Compliance - Ensure individual compliance to policies, procedures, client commitments and federal regulatory requirements, including EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action guidelines, as well as state and local laws and regulations.
8.
Market Knowledge - Keep abreast of market developments and provide strategic research/sourcing guidance to recruiters.
9.
Professionalism - Accountable to treat all candidates in a professional manner, and responsible to ensure that all business is conducted while demonstrating integrity and fairness.
10.
Performance Management - Participate in Hudson's performance management process, demonstrating action toward professional development in support of company business objectives.
11.
Training - Participate in training regarding recruitment processes, tools, and technology with focus to optimize candidate research capabilities.

12.
Collaboration - Work collaboratively with RPO team members in order to ensure effective candidate research. Contribute to cross-functional work to support the use of leading candidate research practices and techniques and to ensure high quality while reducing the cost to serve.
13.
Change Management - Actively participate in business change initiatives in a way that fosters and positively impacts the client and Hudson's continuous improvement approach.
14.
Networking - Network within the client's industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and social networking sites to support a funnel of candidates needed for client-related positions. Also network within the RPO industry to enhance industry knowledge. Promote Hudson and the business, representing the company in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

Education:
High school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 3+ year relevant in-house or agency research/sourcing experience with focus on skill sets required by client(s). Prior recruiting experience a plus.

Required Skills:
1. Demonstrated successful research/sourcing role within an in-house recruiting organization or agency
2. Well-developed technical skills in research and sourcing strategies
3. Experience conducting telephone screening interviews with candidates for required positions
4. Knowledge of the client's industry
5. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
6. Initiative and strong levels of drive
7. Strong attention to detail
8. A natural networker, comfortable establishing rapport with candidates
9. Ability to understand the client's business and accurately position the employment brand and key messages to potential candidates
10. Flexible and adaptable with a strong service orientation and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and colleagues
11. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, high volume team environment
12. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Preferred Skills
1. Exposure to online recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems required
