Established in 2011, we are now going through an exciting period of growth that has included new office launches in Singapore in 2016, New York in 2017 and Vietnam in 2018. As a result, we are looking for talented problem solvers at all levels to contribute to the development of our firm.

The Position:
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will play an important role as the interface to our key clients. In this capacity, you will manage the client relationship throughout the engagement and act as a key point of customer contact for problem solving with the clients. Beyond your project management, you will also work closely with leadership team to develop new business opportunities for the firm. International opportunity work in Hong Kong for six months upon commencement of joining the company is part of the on-boarding process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Scope, structure and lead consulting projects
* Accountable for delivering client and projects on cost and on schedule
* Manage tasks simultaneously beyond the core projects e.g. business development activities or managing another smaller engagement
* Act as a Senior Trainer for the firm and drive internal training through the mastery of Weave's core consulting toolkit (i.e. analytics, problem solving and project management
* Generate new leads, scope proposals, and work on commercials with the Director/Principals
* Demonstrate ability to positively enhance a colleague/client's skill set

DESIRED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

* Before any qualifications and experience, you are curious in nature, are naturally very structured have strong problem solving skills
* University graduate preferable in Supply Chain / Operations Management / Business Management
* 6-8 years relevant work experience in management consulting firms. Prior experience in Retail/Consumer Goods industry advantageous
* Demonstration project management skills and past successes including cross organizational program management
* Exceptional problem solving and root cause identification skills
* Strong analytic and decision making abilities

* Strong understanding of logistics, manufacturing process, forecast planning and supply chain management is a plus
* Excellent commands of Excel with strong expertise in financial modelling
* Able to work under pressure and take on new challenges
* Willing to travel about 50% to 60%
