International Consultancy

Job Purpose: 

Provide support to Managing Director in all administrative procedures, work tools and communication, both external and internal, with other areas of the Company, as well as with other operating companies of the Group, in order to ensure an optimal work flow and communication.

Key Accountabilities:

       - Channel and filter external and internal information (calls, emails, correspondence, and visits).

       - To establish the monitor procedures for management control operations with the General Manager (weekly/monthly)

- Prepare reports (CRM) and presentations.

- Sundry clerical work. Executive support to any matter delegated by the General Manager

       - HR: Management of the process involving new employees and employees leaving  and payroll        management (external)

       - Organize meetings and  internal events.  Web content update and maintenance

       - Support in agenda, travel  and expense management

Experience:

        - Higher education, university degree or secretary-related studies

        - Proven experience of at least 4 years in roles related to administrative / executive assistant in a an international environmental SMEs

        - Experience working with confidential information.

        - Ability to think and act independently. Ability to anticipate business needs.

        - Spanish native level. English high level is a MUST. Italian & Catalan level is desirable.

        - MS Office user, e-mails. Easy to adapt to new technological tools and implementation capabilities (CRM, ERP, etc).

        - Good communications skills, pro-activeness and thinking ahead. Multi-tasker and organized.
