Challenging marketing opportunity : 2 new launches !

The Marketing Manager Belux is accountable for the achievement of the budgeted sales and profit objectives.

 

Within the framework of the overall marketing programs he/she determines, initiates, develops and co-ordinates all technical and commercial activities related to the marketing of the product(s) and ensures their correct implementation and follow-up

 

Strategic Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement the Global Brand and communication strategy
  • Effectively communicate brand strategy and values to all internal and external brand stakeholders.
  • Prepare effective, operational Local Brand Plans, developed according to company guidelines. This plan will cover the sales forecasts, as well as the related sales and promotional budgets.
  • Maintains a high level of product, therapy and disease knowledge. He/she also develops the necessary expertise on established, new and future competitive development within therapy areas of responsibility
  • Leads cross-functional Brand Teams

 

Operational Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and Maintain professional internal and external relationships (including agencies) with all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain network of key influencers and decision makers
  • Responsibility of promotion material for assigned products
  • Support to the Sales Force and field feedback

 

Requirements

 

  • Master or bachelor degree, preferably in the medico-pharmaceutical field or natural sciences or marketing or similar through experience.
  • 3 to 5 years as Product Manager of Rx brands
  • Preferably some experience as Sales/Medical Representative in the field
  • Proven track-record of leading a cross-functional team
  • Preferably some experience in the therapeutic area of pain and/or gout
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • High level presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills as a team player
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Honest and Courageous
  • Result Driven & Value Adding
