Our client, TRAINM, is one of Europe’s most innovative neuro rehabilitation clinics. TRAINM uses breakthrough evidence-based technologies to improve the life quality of children and adults suffering from a wide range of neurological and orthopedic impairments, even those who have been told no further recovery is possible. Their highly qualified and multidisciplinary team of doctors and therapists provide neuro rehabilitation through personalized, high intensity therapies including non-invasive brain stimulation, neuro-technology, virtual reality, neuro gaming, artificial intelligence and robotics.

Job description

  • You organize and plan events for potential clients and manage the planning of various activities.
  • You connect with and invite speakers, you give presentations on the activities of TRAINM and you take care of introductions at events.
  • You set up PR initiatives to promote TRAINM technology.
  • You liaise with insurance companies in order guarantee efficient patient follow-up and to ensure that all procedures run smoothly. You network with doctors on an international level to promote the methodology of TRAINM.
  • You develop a concrete communication plan in which you set out TRAINM’s strategy, positioning, message, the available means, the budget and timing. You also roll out and implement this communication plan.
  • You are responsible for social media campaigns (in collaboration with an external agency).
  • You maintain contacts with external agencies in order to keep you knowledge up to date and create visibility for the business.
  • You reach out to potential patients and convince them of the know-how expertise of TRAINM.
  • You seek out sponsors in order to ensure that every patient gets the necessary treatment.

 

Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in an area relating to marketing/communication.
  • You have a solid experience in a comparable role.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. You are discrete and show a unique ability to build and nourish relationships of trust.
  • You are structured, flexible and driven, while maintaining a high standards of quality and services. You strive for excellence.
  • You are creative, hands-on and dynamic.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good knowledge of French.
  • You are a born multitasker and like to manage several projects simultaneously in an efficient and autonomous manner.
  • You can work with MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook on an advanced level.
  • You are very well organized, can cope with stress and have good time-management skills.
