SALES MANAGER LAND SYSTEMS

A strong relationship builder with a technical affinity and expertise in defence

 

Job description

 

  • As Sales Manager Land Systems you maximise turnover and profitability in line with the company’s vision and values.
  • You are responsible for the development and management of business opportunities in defence markets, with a specific focus on Land Systems.
  • You develop and expand business ventures with new and existing clients and in this context you focus on growing and strengthening your network. You generate business proposals and detect sales opportunities in the short-, medium- and long-term.
  • You answer to RFIs, RFQs and public tenders worldwide.
  • You report to the CEO and work closely together with the teams in Oudenaarde.

 

Profile

 

  • You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, ideally obtained from a military academy. Most importantly, you have extensive experience selling to military and defence markets. Experience with public tendering is a strong plus.
  • Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to expand new and existing business. You are a born networker and long-term sales is your passion. 
  • You work autonomously and are flexible. You are able to travel extensively, mostly within Europe.
  • You are fluent in English, French and Dutch.
