Challenging marketing opportunity within a leading pharmaceutical company!

Main Areas of Responsibility:


  • Drive excellence in execution of marketing and communication strategy
  • Develop and execute brand business plan
  • Drive the roll out of a major product launch in Benelux
  • Production of marketing materials based on corporate input
  • Analyzing market dynamics, segmentation of the Belgian and Dutch market place
  • Translating customer’s insights into a brand strategy for the different market segments
  • Set up advisory boards, speakers’ tours and promotional events
  • Training of the sales force on strategy and content together with customer facing team
  • Maintaining a Key Opinion Leader network in Belgium (Flanders, Wallonia) and in the Netherlands
  • Accountable for forecast and budget management
  • Networking with international and corporate department and co-create country brand teams to become a respected partner with impact
  • Leading cross-functional partners within Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Key Account and Patient Advocacy; to realize the commercial objectives




  • Master degree
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in product management or marketing in ethical pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience in multichannel/digital approach
  • Preferably IBD knowledge or network
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Previous international, sales or customer intelligence experience is an asset
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated
  • Out of the box thinker that is not afraid of testing new ideas
  • Customer oriented both internally and externally
  • Good social and influencing skills, easy connector to people
  • Good prioritization abilities
  • Highly result driven with a ‘Can do’ mentality
  • Flexible mindset
  • Willing to travel at least 1 day/week to the Netherlands
