Job description


You support the Territory Sales Managers in handling incoming sales leads for the central region (Benelux & Nordics) and report to the Sales Director EMEA.


Examples of responsibilities:


  • Contacting prospects and following up on leads through phone and email.
  • Discussing requirements, generating proposals and quotations in collaboration with the Sales Managers.
  • Performing outbound calls to identify cross-selling or up-selling possibilities and to promote events or new product/pricing features.
  • Liaising with the local partners in the various countries of the central region by supporting their requests, generating quotes for new business and renewals as well as providing company and marketing information.
  • Supporting the global sales team with sales operational activities, such as weekly reporting, ad hoc KPI reporting and pipeline analysis.
  • Being the SPOC for processes and operational assistance with regards to Microsoft Dynamics.




  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in sales assistance and inside sales.
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and are proficient in Dutch and English.
  • You are proactive, analytical and accurate by nature.
  • Being a team player, you integrate well in an international team. You are able to thrive in a growing environment and changing circumstances.
  • Preferably, you have experience with MS Excel for creating management reporting dashboards. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo would be an asset.
