Job description


  • You are part of the business development team and are responsible for building, expanding and maintaining a client portfolio of key accounts.
  • You relate with clients and prospective clients, negotiate contracts and convey the client’s objectives to the project management team.
  • You stay closely involved during every phase of the complex projects, draw up the executive summary, and present the results to the client.
  • During an extensive training period in operations, you gradually obtain a profound knowledge of the complex market context and client objectives in order to provide customized business solutions.
  • You partner closely with the project management team and the account manager in question.




  • You have 5 years of professional experience in the world of sales or business development.
  • You have a master’s degree, preferably in the field of Applied Economics or Commercial Engineering.
  • You have solid analytical skills, are eager to learn and enjoy working in a complex and innovative market context.
  • You relate easily to others and your communication style is open and transparent.
  • You are driven and keen to work in a dynamic environment where both autonomy and team spirit are key.
  • You are flexible and willing to travel on a regular basis (mostly in Europe, USA).
