Job description


  • As Commercial Director EMEA you design and implement the commercial strategy for your region and manage your team of 18 local Customer Solutions Managers (CSM).
  • By implementing a lean organization, you successfully manage your decentralized CSM team, spread out through the EMEA region.
  • Together with your CSMs you strive for long-term relationships with clients based on customer satisfaction and by developing integrated and sustainable solutions, focused on their needs and desires.
  • You are a people-oriented manager: you help your CSMs develop their skills, you challenge them and encourage them after setbacks. As a coach you develop your team members with support of internal experts, stimulate team work and value everyone’s opinion.
  • You constantly strive for continuous improvement and innovation: you detect opportunities for strategic change, operational improvements and you try to make a difference as an employee and as a company.
  • You manage the European Key Accounts in close cooperation with the American Commercial Director.
  • You report to the CEO.




  • You have a proven track record in international B2B solution selling, preferably within the automotive industry. Experience in supply chain management is an asset.
  • You are an excellent people manager, actively involving and supporting your team members and leading by example.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to understand technically engineered solutions.
  • You have experience with CRM systems and Key Account Management.
  • You are not afraid to take on responsibilities and are familiar with strategic thinking and innovation.
  • You are multilingual (Dutch, English, French, German, …) and willing to travel 50% of your time.
